As a Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator at our Lombard Contact Center, you'll play a critical role in supporting customers and field technicians. You'll coordinate schedules, manage service appointments, solve customer concerns, and ensure our technicians have efficient routes that allow them to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Coordinate and schedule customer appointments across multiple service routes.
  • Answer incoming customer calls and assist with service requests.
  • Work closely with field technicians to optimize schedules and improve efficiency.
  • Resolve customer concerns and identify appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service information.
  • Monitor daily schedules and proactively adjust appointments as needed.
  • Support operational goals by helping ensure technicians maximize service capacity.
  • Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

You’d Be a Great Fit If You: 

  • Enjoy helping people and creating positive customer experiences.
  • Have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare administration, dispatching, banking, scheduling, or office support.
  • Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
  • Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Take pride in staying organized and paying attention to details.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team to achieve goals

What will my work environment be like?  

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodation: 

  • You must be comfortable sitting at a desk and working with a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time 
  • Be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
