Upper and Middle School Music Long-Term Substitute
The Sanford Performing Arts Department is looking for a semester-long Upper School and Middle School instrumental music teacher. The position would begin on September 28th, 2026, and end on December 18th, 2026. Please review the position description. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in music education or another music degree with a teaching certification and have experience teaching at the secondary level. The position requires teaching the following courses: Upper School Concert Band, Upper School Rock Band, 7th and 8th Grade Concert Band, Upper School Music Technology, 7th and 8th Grade Percussion Exploration, and possibly Upper School Music Theory.
