Light Equipment Operator 2 - End of Line Utility
Schedule: Days 6a-6p 2/2/3
Starting Rate: $20.75-$25.00 per hour for day shift with a 7% increase for second and third shift.

Work Hours: Days 6a-6p 2/2/3
Location: We have 2 locations in Crawfordsville: North Plant at 1009 Sloan Street; South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West. This position is for our North Plant.
As a Light Equipment Operator, you will: - Operate finishing and packaging equipment
- Set up and adjust machines for production
- Create job packets and enter final counts into software
- Verify correct information is gathered at the start of the shift to complete the job
- Intermediate computer skills preferred
Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 25 lbs frequently
- Ability to stand for the duration of your shift
Qualifications: - Ability to read and follow job specifications
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Ability to do basic math and computer knowledge
