We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Instructional Laboratory Technician to support undergraduate teaching laboratories across a range of science disciplines. This position works closely with the current Instructional Support Associate and Science Department faculty to ensure effective and safe delivery of lab-based instruction.
The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the current Instructional Support Associate in supporting undergraduate science teaching laboratories across all stages of instruction. Specific lab courses include general chemistry, organic chemistry, environmental chemistry, general biology, environmental science, geology, oceanography and independent research.

Classification: The Instructional Support Associate is a full-time calendar year UUP position. The anticipated salary will be $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 inclusive of an outstanding benefits package (for more information, please see the UUP-FT-Benefits-at-a-Glance.pdf). Special Notes: Fair Labor Standard Acts (FLSA) Exempt position, not eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA. Internal and external searches to occur simultaneously.
