Marin Post Acute is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team full-time! If you're passionate about providing high-quality care and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you.
Position Details:
- Full-Time
- Pay Range: $40-$60/hour (based on experience)
What You'll Do:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
What We're Looking For:
- Current California LVN license in good standing
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
