As a Manager, Operational Excellence here at Honeywell, you will lead the drive for regional alignment to a Global GDM standard by creating and implementing specific Management Operating Systems (MOS) to manage key performance indicators (KPIs) in Inventory, OTTR/OTFP, and Past Due performance. You will focus on rigorous metric reporting and use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on Inventory Reduction, financial awareness of working capital investments, Inventory forecasting, and elimination of aged Past Dues greater than 60 days.

You will report directly to the Sr Director, ISC Proj Mgmt, and work out of our Atlanta, Georgia location on a hybrid work schedule. This role will have matrix reports assigned to help manage KPI performance within the Planning team, and ISC at large.

In this role, your leadership in establishing MOS frameworks and driving rigorous root cause analysis will be critical to improving operational performance and financial outcomes. Your efforts will enable the region to meet and exceed global standards, optimize working capital, and enhance customer satisfaction through improved delivery and inventory management.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, implement, and sustain Management Operating Systems (MOS) to rigorously monitor and manage KPIs related to Inventory, OTTR/OTFP, and Past Due performance.


  • Drive comprehensive metric reporting processes that provide clear visibility into operational performance and financial impacts.


  • Lead rigorous root cause analysis on operational issues, particularly focusing on Inventory variances and aged Past Dues, to identify underlying causes and implement effective corrective actions.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Inventory forecasting accuracy and reduce working capital exposure.


  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives aimed at elimination of Past Dues over 60 days.


  • Promote financial awareness across the region regarding working capital investments and operational impacts.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 6+ years of experience in operational excellence, supply chain, or manufacturing operations management.


  • Proven expertise in developing and deploying Management Operating Systems (MOS) for KPI management and metric reporting.


  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to lead rigorous root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.


  • Experience in Inventory management, forecasting, and working capital optimization.


  • Proficiency with KPI tracking tools and reporting software.
