Role Description

Arcadis is currently seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our data center team. This is a remote position with occasional travel required for client visits.

In this role, you will leverage your project controls experience and expertise in construction scheduling to support a variety of complex projects. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with strong technical, organizational, and communication skills, and a proven track record supporting scheduling efforts on data center or large-scale construction projects.

Role Accountabilities
  • Assist in the development of project schedules
  • Build detailed, logic-driven and resource-loaded schedules for engineering, construction, and validation activities
  • Analyze critical path updates, track schedule progress, and evaluate scheduling scenarios
  • Communicate schedule status to project managers, clients, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate and negotiate project schedules and dependencies to achieve successful outcomes
  • Identify and proactively address project risks, resolving challenges and conflicts
  • Participate in schedule and budget review meetings at construction sites or client locations
  • Collect and record real-time schedule and performance data, including installed quantities, labor hours, and progress metrics
  • Develop reports and provide detailed scheduling information
  • Manage deadlines and respond to project action requests
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Arcadis teams, clients, and stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within data center construction or large-scale capital projects
  • Proven analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a client-facing or on-site client team environment is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6
  • Currently holds or is interested in obtaining certifications such as Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) or PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP)

Employees receive nine paid holidays and 15 days of PTO annually. The salary range for this position is $135,000 to $165,000. Actual compensation will be based on experience, education, internal equity, project scope, and location.
