ABOUT THE ROLE As the Regional Manager - Implementation Performance Management, you will bring a combination of analytical rigor, strategic communication, and program management expertise - translating complex operational challenges into clear objectives and actionable solutions to move the business forward. You will establish processes and procedures that will enable large-scale deployment of new small cell delivery, from pre-sales through customer delivery, as well as a strong focus on driving improvements to Operations. This role is critical to Design, Implementation and Optimization of how we work in our Region.
This role also requires the ability to influence teams across the business - building alignment, driving accountability, and delivering results across a large and dynamic footprint. The Regional Manager will partner closely with East IPM and national BPI teams to improve the quality of processes, deliverables, and the end-to-end customer experience, while maintaining a strong understanding of operational business functions that reduce cycle time and increase revenue recognition. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, including the ability to develop and deliver clear, compelling presentations to senior leadership on a regular basis, facilitate cross-functional meetings, and adapt messaging for diverse audiences across the organization
WHAT YOU WILL DO - Lead cross-functional teams which bring together senior leaders from engineering, implementation, communications, supply chain, external affairs and sales to deliver products on schedule and assure post-launch success
- Provide a weekly summary of decisions, issues, and actions, and ensure executive staff is appropriately informed and can act accordingly
- Need to demonstrate skills and experience at managing people in a matrix environment where people resources report elsewhere but are directly responsible for delivery of the job holder priorities. In this way the role holder will need to be a skilled leader appreciating the subtle difference between direct and indirect leadership and management
- Foster a culture of data-driven program management, product excellence and exceptional execution
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED Education / Certifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Master's degree preferred
Skills and Experience - Minimum working experience of 10 years in program management
- Five (5) to ten (10) years' experience in the communication industry preferred
- Management experience as a Program Manager
- Have directly managed projects, and indirectly managed other's delivery through matrix management activity. Experience of team dynamics and provides cohesive leadership techniques to ensure delivery in a matrix environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a willingness to work with technical partners to dig into underlying cause
- Ability to work across multiple projects and help define priorities, and scope for themselves and others
- Resourceful systems thinker, with strong organization and process skills and experience that includes having established standard methodology and practices
- Personally, embodies best practice, and customer service principals in ways that improve collaboration, understanding, and execution in others around them.
- Can collaborate strategically, and efficiently to identify gaps in planning, process, or product, and effectively drive solutions forward in either an ownership or partnership role
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively across organizational boundaries, building relationships, and importing and exporting talent and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal.
- Ability to demonstrate comfort with changing specifications or standards and create the conditions in which the team feels comfortable and capable of working through in response to ambiguity.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills that drive execution impact at scale.
Where you will work This role falls into our hybrid work model, which is 2-days work from home (Friday and Monday) and 3-days in the office (Tuesday through Thursday) to optimize collaboration, relationship building and key stakeholder engagement and may require some travel as needed.
Compensation The pay range offered for this position is $137300 - $188800 annually. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives
