Machine Operator 1 Starting Rate OR Range: $22.00 (+ 7.5% night shift premium) after 6 months of satisfactory performance your rate will increase to $22.75.

As our Machine operator 1, you will: - Operate the machine and leads the overall product outcome associated with machine
- Ensure that product is produced to customer requirements
- Ensure that machines are running at the best possible speed while not sacrificing safety or quality
- Verify and communicates both product standards and work standards to execute production
- Participate in Continuous Improvement activities that improve the work centers performance
- Work in a team environment and cross-train with others
- Receive training to help advance your career
Physical Requirements: - Must be able to Lift and carry up to 50 pound
- Must be able to stand for the entire duration of your shift
Qualifications: - Experience - Previous machine experience preferred
- Attention to detail, good communication skills, comfortable with computer applications.
- Ability to work in teams or alone and ability to motivate other team members
