Bridge Inspection Operations MangagerWhat We're Looking For:Michael Baker International is seeking an experienced Bridge Inspection Operations Manager in Charlotte, NC.
What You'll Do: - Lead logistical planning and execution of monthly bridge inspection assignments from NCDOT
- Review monthly assignments and determine operational needs to meet contract obligations and our standards of quality
- Coordinate with NCDOT for equipment access requirements
- Coordinate with vendors for access, traffic control, safety boats, etc.
- Schedule field work for our NC inspection teams
- Track inspection and reporting progress
- Ensure conformance with project quality standards by providing QC reviews
- Process vendor purchase orders and invoices
- Assist with client invoicing
- Work will include occasional travel to support field inspection efforts, expected to be limited to one week per month
What You'll Need to Succeed: - What You Need to Succeed:
- NBIS Team Leader
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in bridge inspection
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with NCDOT Wigins Software
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Strong communication skills
- Professional Engineer or EIT strongly preferred
Compensation:The salary range for this position is $93,000 - $147,000 per year. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
