- Deliver compassionate care to residents with skill and dignity
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary staff
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Keep detailed documentation and ensure quality care plans
- Make a difference in the lives of others—every single shift
✅ What We're Looking For:
- Active California LVN license and in good standing
- A team player with strong clinical and communication skills
- Someone who brings positivity, reliability, and heart to the workplace
- Previous SNF or rehab experience is a plus—but we'll train the right person!
