As a Senior Baseline Contracts Program Manager here at Honeywell, you will lead and oversee the strategic management of baseline contracts, ensuring alignment with complex program objectives and compliance with company policies. You will be responsible for driving contract negotiations, managing high-level risks, and collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure successful contract execution and program delivery. Your expertise in aerospace industry standards and government contract regulations will be critical to your success in this role.
You will work a Hybrid 3/in office and 2/remote schedule.
In this role, you will impact the effective governance and administration of baseline contracts at a senior level, contributing to the overall success of Honeywell’s strategic programs by ensuring contractual obligations are met, risks are proactively mitigated, and stakeholder expectations are managed with executive oversight.
Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of baseline contracts including complex negotiations, execution, and compliance oversight within the aerospace and government contracting environments.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across legal, finance, program management, and executive leadership to align contracts with strategic program goals and regulatory requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate high-impact contractual risks and issues in government contracts.
- Develop and implement best practices for contract management and governance within the program portfolio, ensuring compliance with aerospace industry standards and government regulations.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to contract and program teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Ensure comprehensive contract documentation and reporting for audits, compliance, and executive review.
Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE- 6+ years of experience managing and negotiating complex contracts within large-scale aerospace programs and government contracts.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
- Demonstrated expertise in contract law, commercial terms, and baseline contract governance at a senior level, with strong knowledge of government contracting regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS).
- Proven ability to lead contract strategy and risk management in a dynamic, fast-paced aerospace and government contracting environment.
- Advanced proficiency with contract lifecycle management process.
- Experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive contract and program success.
WE VALUE- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, CPCM) preferred.
- Experience in senior program or contract management roles within global aerospace, industrial, or technology sectors.

- Experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar contracts and programs in aerospace and government sectors.

The annual base salary range for this position is $140,600- $167,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
