As a HSE Engineer II here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe and sustainable workplace. You will contribute to risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits while collaborating with various departments to foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
You will report directly to our management team and you’ll work out of our Plymouth, MN location on an on-site work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development and execution of HSE strategies and programs that align with organizational goals.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Support compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, permits, and certifications.
Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- 3 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental engineering or related field
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices
- Experience with risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits
- Familiarity with HSE management systems and regulatory compliance requirements

- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
