Pay Grade Range: $23.00 - 30.25/hr
Additional Incentives: - Up to $100 Safety Shoe Reimbursement after 60 days of employment.

As our QC Proofer, you will: - Ensure all outgoing proofs match customers' requests while following all safety and quality control standards.
- Ensures that production goals are met.
- Ability to read and understand written instructions.
- High levels of mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read a ruler metric and standard.
- Position may require some mathematical calculations.
- Must have general knowledge of manufacturing operations.
- Ability to read and understand technical press layouts, set up instructions and production instructions.
- Must be able to pass color differentiation test and maintain that capability
- Cross training in other roles.
- Adheres to and promotes all safety, security and environmental policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to stand and walk for 10-12 hour shift
- Ability to occasionally carry and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend and reach for extended periods of time

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
