Sr Administrative Assistant

Job Description

As a Sr Administrative Assistant at Honeywell, you will serve as a trusted executive partner, providing proactive, high impact administrative support to senior leadership. You will report directly to our VP ISC CFO and will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for enabling executive effectiveness by anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, protecting leader time, and ensuring seamless execution of administrative and operational activities across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide high-level, executive focused administrative support, exercising discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment at all times‑level, executive‑focused administrative support, exercising discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment
  • Act as a strategic administrative partner to the VP, proactively anticipating needs and resolving issues before they escalate
  • Own and optimize executive calendars by prioritizing requests, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment with business priorities
  • Coordinate complex meetings across multiple leaders, functions, time zones, and stakeholders
  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense coordination with attention to detail and efficiency
  • Prepare executive level reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy‑level reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the executive and organization with professionalism
  • Facilitate effective communication across departments, ensuring timely follow‑up and alignment on action items

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Proven experience providing executive level administrative support, preferably supporting senior leaders‑level administrative support, preferably supporting senior leaders
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple high priority demands simultaneously‑priority demands simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and handle confidential information appropriately
  • Strong organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related collaboration tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization


WE VALUE
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 3 years of experience in executive or senior administrative support roles
  • Experience partnering closely with senior leaders in a matrixed or fast paced organization‑paced organization
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to balance competing needs and expectations
