Shift The shift for this position is primarily Monday through Friday8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Job Summary The Endoscopy scheduling team seeks an individual to schedule endoscopic procedures for our patients. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to scheduling and coordination of procedures, receiving incoming calls from patients, making reminder calls to patients, and communicating all follow-up needed with the patient, provider, and endoscopy units. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent organizational abilities as well as the ability to work independently and with a team. This position requires the ability to multi-task, provide exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
