Position Summary:

We are seeking an individual to understand business system functionality and Whiting-Turner processes. Key responsibilities include providing technical support via various channels, delivering ERP software training, analyzing and escalating system change requests, and assisting in implementing new features. The position also requires collaborating with third-party vendors, communicating system updates within the team, participating in testing processes, supporting business initiatives, and resolving technical challenges.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. They should be adept at problem-solving and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external vendors.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of business system functionality and Whiting-Turner business processes

• Provide responsive technical support to employees via ticketing system, email, chat, and phone

• Deliver user training and guidance on ERP software usage and best practices

• Analyze and escalate system change requests and custom reporting needs

• Assist in the implementation of new features and enhancements within supported business systems

• Collaborate with third-party vendors to troubleshoot issues, follow up on resolutions, and test fixes and installations

• Communicate system changes, updates and issues within the internal applications team

• Participate in the testing process for system updates and enhancements

• Work cross-functionally to support business initiatives and resolve complex technical challenges

• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field.

• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Excellent multitasking and time management capabilities.

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Ability to review, test, and document software fixes and enhancements.

• Solid understanding of ERP systems and functional business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience supporting ERP applications, preferably CMiC

• Strong customer service orientation

• Experience working with Jira for project management and issue tracking

• Experience with helpdesk ticketing software, preferably Service Now

• Knowledge of construction industry
