Job DescriptionKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily shipping and receiving activities ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to schedule shipments and deliveries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and support inventory control processes.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipment documentation and inventory counts.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize shipping and receiving workflows.

YOU MUST HAVE- Proven experience in shipping and receiving operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management processes.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and shipping software to manage documentation and track shipments.
- Ability to handle shipping logistics including carrier coordination and freight documentation.
- Experience with compliance standards related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
WE VALUE- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
