Lead Legal Ops Specialist

Job Description

In this role, you will manage and optimize legal department processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will oversee the implementation and maintenance of legal technology tools and systems, leveraging technology to streamline legal operations and improve productivity. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will work to streamline legal processes and improve coordination and communication between the legal department and other business units. Managing the legal department budget and tracking expenses will also be part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in compliance
  • Strong knowledge of legal department operations and best practices
  • Experience in implementing and managing legal technology tools and systems
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
