About the Role
SEO (Setup Equipment Operator) will work within Essity safety standards with a responsibility for other too Load and unload and check (raw) material or Finish Goods visually for damage, quantity and description Block damaged raw material or material deviating in quantity or description Prepare supply RM/FG for production lines Remove production waste and return blocked (raw) material and blocked FG products Cycle count RM/FG stock based on demanded intervals and quantities Store and allocate (raw) material, return, blocking, waste, FG products, recycled material with the right location code Complete all required documentation and data files during unload, store, remove and cycle count Own and maintain forklift truck and other logistic handling equipment Maintain optimal housekeeping in warehouse.
Schedule: This position follows a 2‑2‑3 rotating 12‑hour shift schedule between days and nights.
Team player committed to the team philosophy and continuous improvement of the team and support equipment.
Support the team and production area by monitoring and troubleshooting the equipment in the SEO area (including startup and shutdown) and communicating issues as necessary to other areas of the facility.
Actively participate in team meetings and team problem-solving sessions
Fill Rep Role as required per Skill Level.
Responsible for training, finished goods warehousing, inventory accuracy, and other functions as deemed necessary by the business.
Understand 5s and demonstrate maintaining required standards.
Systematic Problem Solve issues with Support Equipment.
Operate and understand the operation and functions of the Palletizers, Briquetters, and Balers (Auto/Manual)
Able to work in various departments in the Logistic areas when needed.
Ability to work under minimal supervision. As well as identify things that need to be corrected and fix without the supervisor's direction.
Ability to communicate machine issues in Daily Operation Meetings.
Attention to Detail
Operate mobile Equipment I.E. Lift Truck, Scissor Lift, and Carts.
Perform Routine Changeovers
Time Management.
Other various duties as determined by business needs.
High School or GED required
Plant Safety Guidelines, to include but not limited to, safe lift truck operation and lockout procedures
Excellent written & verbal communications skills (complete log books, write work orders, give and receive constructive feedback to/from team members)
Demonstrate leadership competency and/or willingness to learn and develop leadership traits
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Basic mechanical aptitude required, with ability to learn increasingly complex technology and maintenance procedures
Ability to support and maintain 5S standards
Candidate must be willing to work all shifts as may be necessary

Payrate is $24.09 + Benefits

This position will be onsite supporting our manufacturing site located in Bowling Green, KY.
