We are looking for an experienced and talented Sr IT Analyst with experience in Integrated supply chain systems and technologies. This position involves a balanced focus on system analysis and programming involving design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of software solutions that optimize production processes. The ideal candidate will lead collaboration between IT and manufacturing and leverage applications programming expertise. Job Location: Phoenix, AZ.
Responsibilities Responsibilities for Internal Candidates - System Implementation & Support: Deploy, configure, and maintain key integrated supply chain systems; troubleshoot hardware and software issues within the production environment.
- Requirements Gathering & Systems Analysis: Collaborate with manufacturing, Quality, logistics and Operations teams to analyze and verify operational needs, translating them into functional IT requirements to align with business objectives.
- Development & Coding: Create, debug, and modify applications in C#, ASP.NET and No code/Low code frameworks. Manage SQL database objects and develop middleware solutions for enhanced functionality.
- Documentation & Validation: Prepare functional specifications, technical designs, user manuals, and comprehensive system documentation.
Key Skills- Proficient in requirements gathering to translate business needs into clear IT functionalities.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including production, quality, logistics & inventory management.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess system performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Effective communication skills to bridge the gap between IT and operations.
- Strong Knowledge of ERP and its ecosystems with respect to integrated supply chain (operations, quality, logistics, inventory management, etc..)
Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE- 6 plus years of experience in IT analysis, project leadership, or related roles.
