South Creek Post Acute is Hiring: LVNs & RNs (Evening & NOC Shifts)

We're looking for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) who want to work in an environment where:

Compensation
  • Pay range: $28-$43 per hour (based on experience)
  • Evening shift differential: +$2/hour
  • NOC shift differential: +$3/hour

What You'll Do
  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly
  • Collaborate with CNAs, therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
  • Supervise and support nursing assistants and other staff
  • Help ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents


Qualifications
  • Active LVN or RN license (Washington State)
  • Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred (not required)
  • Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach
