Compensation- Pay range: $28-$43 per hour (based on experience)
- Evening shift differential: +$2/hour
- NOC shift differential: +$3/hour

What You'll Do- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly
- Collaborate with CNAs, therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
- Supervise and support nursing assistants and other staff
- Help ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
Qualifications- Active LVN or RN license (Washington State)
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred (not required)
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach
