Investor Relations/Strategic Public Relations Associate

PondelWilkinson is seeking a motivated, career-oriented professional with two to four years of relevant investor relations or strategic public relations experience in an agency or corporate environment.

The selected candidate will work closely with senior leaders to support mid-size publicly traded and privately owned client companies in multiple sectors. The position is virtual, but Southern California residency is required for periodic in-person meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of account programs and special projects.
• Assist in preparing materials, including press releases, conference call scripts, presentations.
• Conduct research and help prepare client reports.
• Coordinate on behalf of clients with media, investment community and vendors.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in IR or PR.
• Strong writing, research, and social media skills.
• Interest in financial markets and corporate communications.
