Position Overview
The Law Student Recruiting Coordinator will manage all aspects of law student and entry-level recruiting for the Miami office. This highly visible role works closely with hiring partners, office leadership, and the Attorney Recruiting & Integration team, reporting to senior leadership in Houston.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate law student and entry-level recruiting efforts for the Miami office

  • Manage on-campus interviews, scheduling, and candidate logistics

  • Serve as liaison to law school career services and student organizations

  • Support onboarding and integration of summer associates, entry-level and lateral attorneys

  • Assist in planning and executing the summer associate program (orientation, training, events, evaluations)

  • Organize recruiting events, attorney welcome receptions, and office functions

  • Maintain recruiting data, surveys, and applicant tracking systems (viDesktop)

  • Assist with special projects and additional recruiting initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 3+ years of law firm or professional services experience

  • Prior recruiting experience preferred (legal recruiting a plus)

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn preferred

  • Must be able to work onsite (5 days/week)
