Job Description
Our client, a leading organization in the medical manufacturing industry, is seeking a 3rd shift Medical Assembler to join their team. As a 3rd shift Medical Assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of world-class medical products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: 3rd shift Medical Assembler
Location: Cedarburg, WI
Pay Range: $17.50/hr.
Shift: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am, Sunday through Thursday
What's the Job?
- Operate plastic injection molding equipment to produce high-quality medical products
- Follow all processing specifications outlined in the Basic Operating Procedure (BOP)
- Ensure safe working conditions and maintain good housekeeping practices in accordance with the 5S cleaning program
- Prepare products for shipment by labeling, assembling, and packaging appropriately
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team goals and production standards
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- 0-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds safely
- Experience with machine operation is preferred
- Knowledge of GMP and FDA guidelines is a plus
