As a Senior Contracts Manager at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the contract lifecycle for our business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, legal, and finance teams, to ensure the successful execution of contracts and compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations. Your expertise in contract management and negotiation will be instrumental in driving successful business outcomes and mitigating legal risks.
You will report directly to our (title) and you’ll work out of our (City, State) location on a (Hybrid, On-site, Remote) work schedule.
The Senior Contracts Manager will have a significant impact on Honeywell's contract management function and overall business operations. This role will be responsible for of negotiating and managing all phases of Contracts, including but not limited to proposal & contract development, contract drafting, negotiation, interpretation & flow down, contract performance /contract administration, contract close out and compliance.

Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE
- 6+ years of experience managing/negotiating contracts
- Expert in formulating strategy, analysis, interpretation, and linkage with other elements when negotiating terms and conditions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
