Locatedin Greater Boston, MassBay is a comprehensive, open-access community college,offering associate degrees and certificate programs on three campuses inWellesley Hills, Framingham, and Ashland, Massachusetts.
Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will join a vibrant educational communityand have a desire and ability to serve a population of students with variousneeds and backgrounds. Thisis a part-time position with no benefits. Operating within the CareerServices team and under the supervision of the Mentor Program Manager, theSpecialist supports the implementation and delivery of MassBay’s centralizedMentor Program while leading STEM-focused career development initiatives. Thisrole serves as an extension of the Mentor Program, providing career coaching,facilitating workshops, coordinating mentor and employer engagement, andsupporting program operations across all majors, with a targeted focus on STEMpathways.
The Specialist will utilize technology platforms and data systems to enhancestudent engagement, track outcomes, and support continuous programimprovement. This position is for 40 weeks with potential dates from8/15/26 to 5/18/27.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’sdegree in education, Counseling, Human Resources, STEM-related field, or aclosely related discipline. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in careerservices, mentoring programs, workforce development, or student supportservices; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
