| Job Summary | The Pharmacy Operations Senior Specialist will support Specialty Pharmacy Services to deliver value and drive alignment for clinical and enterprise-wide strategic imperatives. This role will coordinate, manage, and disseminate planning tools and systems while driving to optimize existing practices and procedures. The role will also perform analytical work while coordinating, managing, and disseminating both financial and strategic direction through data visualization models. This position is a key component to clinical practice analysis, issue resolution and process improvement. Prior pharmacy operations, performance improvement, data analytics, and management experience is preferred. This position is located off main campus. This position is located on site at Wellington Way. There is an internal candidate being considered. +-8 |
