Join our Trust Department as a Trust Support & Innovation Specialist and help modernize how we deliver exceptional service to clients. In this role, you’ll combine deep operational knowledge with technology, automation, data solutions, and AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and strengthen controls in a highly regulated environment. Develop and maintain a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of Trust Operations and Trust Administration processes, serving as a liaison and bridge between functional areas
Analyze exiting workflows, procedures, and controls to identify opportunities for operational improvement, automation, and standardization
Design, implement, and continuously refine Trust operational processes and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and risk mitigation
Leverage trust accounting systems, Salesforce, Microsoft 365 tools, AI-enabled solutions, and other applications to modernize processes and reduce manual effort
Partner with internal stakeholders, custodians, and service providers to support account openings, closings, asset transfers, and ongoing account maintenance
Provide support for Trust Department Examinations and Internal Audits
Coordinate document imaging and records management processes for the Trust Department
Support Trust Administration billing processes and related controls
Responsible for daily transaction processing and the cashiering functions for the department, including the preparation and processing of all checks, deposits, ACH records, and transfers for the department
Responsible for processing trust system maintenance and maintaining appropriate documentation
Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct
Perform additional duties as required
Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or minimum of 2 years of financial services experience required
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365 products (TEAMS, SharePoint, Lists), Salesforce, AI tools, trust accounting systems, Adobe, and other business applications
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a highly regulated environment
Innovative mindset with a continuous-improvement orientation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex processes and recommend practical, technology-driven solutions
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence process improvement without direct authority
Wage Range:
The salary for this position ranges from $25 - $30/hr
