Responsibilities - Lead and manage a team of engineers to develop and implement turbomachinery design and analysis strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and establish design goals and metrics
- Provide expert technical guidance on turbomachinery design and analysis principles
- Conduct advanced engineering analysis, testing, and modeling to optimize product performance and reliability
- Identify and mitigate potential design risks throughout the product lifecycle
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to bring innovation to turbomachinery engineering initiatives
Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Minimum 10 years of experience in turbomachinery design and analysis
- Strong knowledge of turbomachinery design principles, tools, and techniques
- Experience with advanced engineering analysis methods such as CFD analysis and finite element analysis

The annual base salary range for this position is $133,000 - $166,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
