Repetitive motion. Shift Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm. This is a hybrid position. Job Summary The Charge Capture Specialist ensures accurate and compliant hospital and physician charge capture across assigned service lines. This role leads reconciliation, conducts audits, educates providers and staff, and influences process improvements to ensure compliance with payer regulations and protect institutional revenue. This role ensures charge capture/CDM integrity across UKHC hospitals and professional services, including affiliated Beyond Blue hospitals, ensuring consistency and compliance across the enterprise. There is an internal candidate being considered.
