KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external carriers to schedule and track shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and assist in inventory control processes.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Experience in shipping and receiving operations within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and logistics processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems and shipping software to track and document shipments.
  • Ability to coordinate with carriers and internal teams to optimize shipping schedules and resolve issues.
WE VALUE
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain are a plus.
  • Experience working in building automation or related industrial sectors.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple shipments effectively.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in shipping and receiving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.


Qualifications
