Technician - ISC-Mfg - Level 2 - M-F (Day shift)

Job Description

As a Technician - ISC-Mfg - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in our manufacturing operations, ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting equipment, performing quality checks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Your technical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.



Responsibilities
I

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process modules and end items through Environmental Screening area working with production equipment including laser sealing, vibration testing, burn-in ovens, and acceleration testing.
  • Key role will be testing parts through vibration, PIND, fine leak, laser sealing, burn-in and acceleration which requires comfort loading programs on a computer and interacting with software during this process.
  • Tasks will involve handling sensitive electronic modules and use of hand tools necessary to complete the tasks.
  • Need to be detail oriented and able to communicate when a part does not meet specifications and coordinate delivery parts to internal customers.
  • Maintain record logs, filling out operation sheets, and loading equipment.


Qualifications
SHIFT - Day shift position from 5:00am-1:30pm; Initial training will occur on dayshift (7:00am-3:30pm) prior to transitioning regular shift time (for approximately first 3 – 6 months)

Pay Transparency

The hourly pay range for this position is $28.19 - $35.22. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience
  • Must be comfortable working on a computer with basic understanding of MS Office products.
  • Must be able to read operation sheets to determine what test to run and exact specifications of test.
  • Requires the ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and comfortably work on your feet for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Must also be observant and detail oriented to prevent rejections during Vibration, PIND, and Acceleration process.
  • Must be able to understand written and oral work instructions.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
