Responsibilities: - Supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with care standards.
- Coordinate patient care and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor staffing levels and adjust as needed.
- Communicate effectively with families, staff, and management.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory requirements.
Qualifications: - Current RN license in Kentucky.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisor y or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong clinical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Salary & Incentives: - $38.00 - $42.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Weekend Differential Pay: Additional $3.00 per hour
