Position Overview:
Cellebrite is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to lead and develop a team of Account Executives selling digital intelligence hardware, software, SaaS, and AI-driven solutions to State and Local government agencies across the Western Region. This role is responsible for driving regional revenue performance, building and executing strategic sales plans, and developing a high-performing team. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of leading quota-carrying teams, deep experience in public sector sales, and the ability to scale pipeline, forecast accuracy, and execution discipline.
The Director will lead a team of six Account Executives, owning regional strategy, pipeline development, and execution against revenue targets. This individual will work closely with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and partners to expand Cellebrites footprint and drive consistent growth across hardware, software, SaaS, and AI solutions.
Candidates should have a minimum of 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, including 5+ years in a people leadership role, with a preference for public sector (State & Local) experience.
