Responsibilities
o Monitor, track, record and approve all cost and schedule budgets and schedules associated with Kemmerer Unit 1.
o Monitor, track, record, and approve all cost and schedule trends developed by all parties associated with the Construction of Kemmerer Unit 1.
o Ensure adequate Project Controls Staff is located and assigned to the Site.
o As deemed necessary by the Site or Deputy Site Managers, perform forecasts of Project construction cost and schedule to communicate current Project status.
o In conjunction with the EPC Contractor, develop and maintain Project status curves.
o Demonstrate visible, continuous leadership in the areas of safety and quality.
o Focus on maintaining an inclusive and welcoming work environment which fosters innovation and synergy.
o Hire, train, and qualify personnel.
o Identify and propose staffing needs, prepare job descriptions, interview candidates.
o Set yearly goals, hold mid-year checks, and perform annual performance reviews.
o Support employee professional development and career objectives.
o Coach for performance.
o Help resolve employee concerns.
o Recommend promotions, transfers, and other staffing changes.
o Estimate effort and durations required for scheduled activities.
o Decompose scheduled activities into executable sub-activities.
o Ensure main deliverables and inputs required from other groups are clearly identified and linked in project schedules.
o Participate and provide input and feedback to Pre-Job Plan (PJP) meetings.
o Assign applicable personnel to activities.
o Monitor and report status of activities.
o Oversee partner and vendor technical work as required.
o Approve timecards and contractor invoices.
o Help develop and review statements of work with Procurement personnel for supplier technical activities.
o Identify and communicate opportunities for work process improvements with department business manager.
o Prepare and initiate budget cost and schedule change notices.
o Coach team members, including employees, partners and contractors on Nuclear Safety Culture, Procedural Use and Adherence expectations.
o Develop and ensure growth opportunities for employees.

*We typically place offers in the lower to middle portion of the range to maintain internal equity and allow room for growth. Any salary offered within the posted salary band is based on market data and commensurate with the selected individuals qualifications experience. This range is specific to Wyoming.
