CAP implementation Specialist
The CAP implementation specialist reports directly to the Procedure Manager and will fill one or more of the following roles to support the Natrium Demonstration Project (NDP) based on qualifications and experience. The Corrective Action Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Kemmerer Power Station (KPS) Corrective Action Program including analyzing corrective action data and utilizing the data to understand causes for quality, safety, and business process impacts. The ideal candidate will have experience in issue identification, resolution, categorization, cause analysis, preventive action, and trend analysis. The successful candidate will integrate and coordinate with other departments, project partners, regulators, and outside organizations working on procedure development.

*We typically place offers in the lower to middle portion of the range to maintain internal equity and allow room for growth. Any salary offered within the posted salary band is based on market data and commensurate with the selected individuals qualifications experience. This range is specific to Wyoming.
