JOB DESCRIPTION Keep critical energy infrastructure running safely and reliably. Electrical & Controls Technician, you'll implement, maintain, and troubleshoot the

What you'll bring Education• Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a technical field or related discipline
OR (2) year minimum experience in related role
Experience & Technical Knowledge • Ability to understand and operate electronic test instruments
• Strong safe-work track record
• Experience preparing electrical circuit drawings
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical blueprints and diagrams
• Working knowledge using measurement tools (voltmeter, ammeter, ohmmeter, oscilloscope, etc.)
• Working knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC)
• Ability to estimate installation, operating, and maintenance costs for E&C systems
• Ability to complete work with minimal supervision and meet expected timelines
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Office 365, etc.)
Licenses/Certifications • Ability to obtain/maintain required certifications for the role
• Valid driver's license with a driving record acceptable to the company/insurers

Preferred • Journeyman or Master Electrician license

- Understanding process controls and processing fundamentals
• Experience working safely around:
• Flammable gases/liquids and high-pressure systems
• Medium voltage motors, pumps, reciprocating engines, gas turbines, compressors
• Familiarity with industry compliance expectations (policies, tariffs, regulatory requirements)
Working conditions & schedule• Work environment ranges from office settings to outdoor/industrial sites, including inclement weather
• Exposure to industrial hazards, noise, vibration, hot/cold temperatures, wet conditions
• Travel may be frequent, overnight travel possible
• Overtime and after-hours callouts may be required
• Must carry a company cell phone and be available as needed for response

Requirements may include lifting/carrying heavy items, pushing/pulling equipment, climbing ladders/stairs, kneeling/crouching, overhead work, and sustained standing/walking in industrial and outdoor environments. Compensation The salary range for this role is $37.87-$54.22
What you'll do:Electrical, Controls & Automation Integrity• Install, inspect, maintain, operate, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and adjust:
• Electrical power circuits and equipment
• Pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, and PLC-based control systems
• Maintain electrical switchgear and power distribution systems
• Perform Inspection & Maintenance (I&M) checks across control systems
• Evaluate, develop, implement, and maintain facility grounding systems
Preventive Maintenance & Reliability• Perform preventive maintenance on:
• Pumps, compressors, drivers, and auxiliary equipment
• Conduct advanced analytical testing and troubleshooting on engines/compressors/pumps
• Lead improvements and implement changes based on diagnostic findings
Safety, Compliance & Documentation• Perform all work in compliance with company standards, procedures, regulatory requirements, and tariffs
• Identify, report, and help correct safety and environmental concerns
• Complete required documentation, records, and paperwork
• Maintain Operator Qualification (OQ) for assigned covered tasks (as determined by management)
Teamwork & Site Support• Coordinate/oversee construction or maintenance work completed by third parties
• Maintain facility and equipment upkeep (including general housekeeping as needed)
• Communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of people
• Support non-traditional hours and callouts as operational needs require
