Midtown Oaks Post Acute is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate
LVN Treatment Nurse to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality wound and treatment care while being part of a supportive, team-driven environment.
What You'll Do:- Provide and oversee wound care and treatment services for residents
- Accurately document treatments and monitor healing progress
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
- Educate staff and residents on proper skin care and prevention
What We're Looking For:- Active California LVN license
- Experience with wound care and treatments in a skilled nursing setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Team player with a positive attitude
