Redwood Cove Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and confident
RN Supervisor/Charge Nurse to help lead our nursing team. If you're passionate about supporting residents, mentoring staff, and ensuring exceptional clinical care, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do- Provide leadership and clinical oversight to nursing staff during your shift
- Ensure resident care is delivered safely and according to care plans
- Support team members with guidance, coaching, and problem-solving
- Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Respond to emergencies and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
What We're Looking For- Active California RN license
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and critical-thinking skills
