Position Overview:Centerville Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Night Shift Weekend Warrior Supervisor. Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support nursing staff throughout weekend night shifts
- Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care is consistently delivered
- Respond promptly to resident and staff needs
- Coordinate workflow and delegate assignments effectively
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Communicate clearly with interdisciplinary teams and leadership
- Manage emergencies and make sound clinical decisions
- Complete all assigned duties accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
