D&G is seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Program Analyst to support USTRANSCOM's Contested Logistics Program. The ideal candidate will have experience as a staff officer at a major combatant command or service headquarters and have expertise in knowledge management functions.
What You Will Do
Assist in identifying areas within the JDDE that require improvements to enhance USTRANSCOM's ability to fulfill its responsibilities as outlined in Section 334 of the FY2026 NDAA.
Assist in identifying and providing actionable recommendations to address gaps between as-is practices and best practices. Assist the government in designing to-be processes.
Support logistics requirements analysis actions to identify and recommend solutions to known joint force logistics gaps.
Act as the primary knowledge manager, maintaining centralized repositories of critical program documentation.
Assist the program manager in tracking project milestones, developing and maintaining master schedules, and monitoring logistical deliverables for mission alignment.
Develop analytical applications, object views, and dashboards using platforms such as Palantir Foundry, Maven Smart System, or comparable tools including Quiver, Slate, or Contour.
Integrate and visualize multi-source data using designated tools, translating complex logistics information into actionable insights and operational readiness metrics for senior commanders.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
What We Are Looking For
Required:
Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, computer information systems, or related field
5 years of relevant experience
4 years of experience supporting a CCMD or Military Service Headquarters
3 years of experience supporting Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise (JDDE) or joint logistics operations
3 years of experience conducting logistics requirements analysis and capability gap assessments
3 years of experience developing or maintaining structured knowledge management repositories
3 years of experience developing executive-level briefings, analytic products, and reports
3 years of experience developing dashboards or analytical applications using Palantir Foundry, Maven Smart System, or comparable platforms
Minimum 3 years of experience integrating multi-source logistics data and translating it into operational insights
Clearance and Eligibility
Active DoD Secret clearance required
Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI
Restricted to U.S. persons as defined under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)
Location
On site at Scott AFB, IL
10% CONUS travel required

Pay Range: $115,000 - $125,000 per year
