| Job Summary | The Center for Student Success in the Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Services Assistant Senior to support the Senior Associate Dean for Instruction. This role provides high-level administrative and project coordination. The position provides complex scheduling and calendar coordination, while anticipating needs and resolving conflicts. Responsibilities include managing correspondence; proactively communicating scheduling commitments; and preparing briefing materials and logistical support for meetings, events, and initiatives. The position also plays a critical role in operational functions such as purchasing, travel coordination, personnel processes, and financial transaction review.
