The Personnel Assistant will serve as a generalist with a focus on customer service. The Personnel Assistant supports the daily operations of the Office of Human Resources Services in accordance with applicable policies, regulations and guidelines. The Personnel Assistant will be required to have working knowledge of the full spectrum of duties of all HR personnel responsibilities. The Personnel Assistant will support the HR office in a multitude of functions to include but not be limited to:

Classification/Salary Range: This is a full-time calendar year appointment. Management/Confidential unclassified position which serves at the pleasure of the appointing authority. The anticipated salary range for the position is $57,000 to $68,000 annually with an outstanding benefits package (For additional information, please see the Management/Confidential Benefits Summary). Special Notes: Fair Labor Standard Acts (FLSA) Exempt position, not eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA. Internal and external search occur simultaneously.
