*Pay:* Starting at $80,000 annually (exempt)

*Job Overview: *Access Truck Parts is seeking a skilled IT Operations Lead to join our technology team. The IT Operations Lead is responsible for day-to-day IT service delivery, end-user support, and operational infrastructure across the organization. This role ensures reliable, consistent technology support while driving standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement of IT processes.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities shift based on business needs. The ideal candidate thrives when managing multiple concurrent projects, can independently assess and prioritize work, and takes initiative to drive improvements forward—while remaining collaborative and responsive to leadership direction.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*

*Service Delivery & User Support*

* Own and manage the IT support ticketing queue, including intake, triage, prioritization, resolution, and end-user communication
* Deliver consistent service levels aligned to response and resolution targets
* Track and report on support metrics (ticket volume, categories, aging, repeat issues)
* Resolve common end-user issues across Windows and Mac environments, Microsoft 365 applications, printers/scanners, VPN/remote access, and business applications
* Escalate complex or cross-system issues to the ERP & Business Systems Manager with clear documentation, logs, and impact summaries

*Onboarding, Offboarding & Access Management*

* Execute end-to-end onboarding, including account setup, device provisioning, MFA configuration, access assignments, and onboarding checklists
* Manage offboarding processes, including access removal, device recovery, data handling, and audit trail completion
* Maintain and enforce role-based access workflows, ensuring approvals and timely execution of access changes

*Endpoint & Asset Lifecycle Management*

* Oversee device lifecycle, including procurement recommendations, standard configurations, deployment, patching, maintenance, and retirement
* Maintain accurate hardware asset inventory (users, locations, warranties, and renewal dates)
* Manage software inventory and licensing, including Microsoft 365 and other SaaS tools; identify and reduce waste or overages

*Operational Infrastructure & Site Support*

* Provide day-to-day support for networking and connectivity (Wi-Fi, switches, ISP coordination)
* Support printers, scanners, and warehouse devices, ensuring reliable operational workflows
* Monitor backups, endpoint security (AV/EDR), and system health; escalate issues as needed

*Vendor Coordination & Purchasing*

* Serve as the primary point of contact for routine vendor interactions (ISP, hardware, printers, and IT tools)
* Prepare quotes and purchase requests for hardware and software
* Track renewals and ensure clear ownership of services and billing

*Process Improvement & Documentation*

* Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, checklists, and knowledge base articles for recurring IT processes
* Continuously update documentation to improve repeatability, scalability, and audit readiness
* Identify and address root causes of recurring issues, driving continuous improvement in partnership with IT leadership

Other responsibilities may be assigned.

*Qualifications and Skills:*

* 3+ years of hands-on IT support or IT operations experience
* Strong experience supporting Windows, Mac, and Microsoft 365 environments
* Familiarity with networking fundamentals, endpoint management, and Saas tools
* Eperience with ticketing systems and IT service management processes
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

*Physical Requirements:*

* Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer.
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
* Must be able to access all areas of the facility to determine needs.
