Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist at Honeywell, you will be instrumental in driving TA operational excellence, program management, and stakeholder management. Your primary accountability will be to implement and execute talent acquisition strategies, ensuring efficient and effective recruitment processes, and fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders. With your data orientation and extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR, you will significantly contribute to the success of our talent acquisition function. In this role, you will be accountable for developing and executing strategic recruiting initiatives that directly facilitate the company's growth and capability building goals.

You will report directly Director Talent Acquisition, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule. External hires will begin with 90 days on site before transitioning to a 3/2 hybrid schedule.



Responsibilities
• Drive TA strategic initiatives for Aerospace technologies
• Drive operational excellence in talent acquisition by implementing best practices, streamlining processes, and leveraging technology.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR business partners, hiring managers, and external vendors.
• Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment performance to senior management.
• Work with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with workforce plan.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on operational excellence and program management.
• Strong data orientation, solution mindset and proficiency with excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in managing talent acquisition projects.
• Experience with organizational design and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

WE VALUE
• Strong passion for talent acquisition and driving recruitment excellence.
• 10+ years of experience in HR, with a strong insight into HR processes and best practices.
• Proven track record in driving operational excellence and process improvement in talent acquisition
• Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases
