*Key Responsibilities*
*Project Management & Design*
* Lead the design and analysis of civil engineering projects from concept through permitting.
* Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents
* Conduct site investigations, surveys, and feasibility studies
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
*Technical Expertise*
* Design stormwater management systems
* Perform hydraulic and hydrologic calculations and modeling
* Design site grading, utilities, and infrastructure systems
* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
* Review and approve junior engineer work products
*Client & Stakeholder Relations*
* Interface with clients, regulatory agencies, and municipal officials
* Attend public meetings and present technical information
* Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams
* Provide technical support during construction phases
*Professional Development*
* Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineering staff
* Stay current with industry standards, codes, and best practices
* Participate in professional development and continuing education
*Required Qualifications*
*Licensing*
* Professional Engineer (PE) license required
*Experience*
* Minimum 5 years of civil engineering experience
* Proven experience in site development and infrastructure design
* Experience with stormwater management and hydraulic design
* Municipal and public works project experience preferred
*Technical Skills*
* Proficiency in CAD and engineering design software
* Knowledge of stormwater modeling software
* Understanding of local and state design standards and regulations
* Experience with permitting processes and regulatory compliance

* Strong project management and organizational abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and lead project teams
