Are you ready to help us make the future? As a Hardware Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for supporting the hardware design process from concept to production. You will work closely with senior engineers to define hardware requirements and specifications, assist in the design of hardware systems including schematic capture and PCB layout, and perform hardware testing and validation to ensure product performance and reliability. Your role will also involve staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and contributing to the overall success of hardware design projects.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of hardware solutions
- Perform testing and validation to ensure product performance and reliability
- Collaborate with senior engineers to contribute to the design process
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Provide technical support to the hardware engineering team
Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Experience in hardware design and development
• Knowledge of hardware design principles and methodologies
• Must have graduated or graduating from an accredited college or university between August 2025 and May 2026 and be available to begin full-time work between September 2025- July 2026
• Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the start date
• Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

WE VALUE• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools
• Experience with hardware testing and validation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Courses in digital or analog circuits, familiarity with Verilog would be a plus
