We are hiring a Project Coordination Lead, Temporary on 3rd Shift(12am - 8:30am).
What you will do in this position:
Serve as the primary remote point of contact for on-site technicians throughout each overnight installation via Microsoft Teams
Identifies process steps and any other training that may be required for any internal support teams.
Communicates activity delays to Supervisor, Project Manager (if applicable) and Account Managers and escalates as needed to ensure project timelines are met.
Ensures installers are checking in and checking out from sites as scheduled.
Escalates issues preventing store opening with a functional audio system to the appropriate internal and/or external contact.
Serve as the primary remote point of contact for on-site technicians throughout each overnight installation via Microsoft Teams.
Ensure installers are checking in and checking out from sites as scheduled
Document Preparation and Work Orders
Performs administrative tasks associated with preparing documentation and assigning work orders to the installers.
Ensures equipment's on time delivery.
Tracks RMA closures for trade-in equipment and actively monitors equipment return.
Confirms installation dates with technicians and customers.
Project Deliverables
Performs administrative tasks associated with reviewing and processing project deliverables.
Updates Master Spreadsheet to ensure project progress.
Provides daily report of completed installations with any exceptions requiring actionable items noted and responsible party.

Experience: 2+ years
Education: High School Diploma - Preferred

The posted pay range, $22 - $29.37/hour + 15% Shift Differential, is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors.
