As a Receiving Specialist Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing the efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. You will coordinate logistics, verify shipment contents, and maintain inventory records to ensure smooth operations within the supply chain.
You will report directly to our Logistics Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Greer, SC location on an On-site work schedule. M-F 0900 - 5pm
In this role, you will impact the overall supply chain efficiency by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials and products, supporting production schedules, and maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

YOU MUST HAVE- Proven experience in shipping and receiving operations within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and shipment tracking systems.
- Ability to accurately inspect and verify shipment contents against documentation.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards related to shipping and receiving.
- Experience using warehouse management software and logistics coordination tools.
WE VALUE- Additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving or related logistics roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Forklift experience (can get certified at HW)
